@obi If current events and 11 different reports from global organizations based on the latest scientific research don’t serve to raise the level of urgency in your mind one would have to assume that no amount of evidence will. Have a nice day.

@Clif It's hard when that's exactly what I have heard all my life. It's even harder when no (real) solutions are offered. I am not gonna just stop living life shaking in my boots with power to do nothing. You have a nice day as well. Keep being scared, you probably can for the rest of your life 😄

@obi These are all new reports and there has been a measured increase in global extreme weather events just in the past two to three years so obviously your premise that you have heard this all your life is incorrect. Enjoy your bubble until this bites you personally. Better to be concerned than oblivious.

@Clif did you read the reports that Iraq had weapons of mass destruction? There was like 11 of them.

I'm not arguing with data, just conclusions. I've heard the 1.5C no way back, the 2.5C no way back, the 1.8C no way back, the we only have 10 years (twice), the we have have 12 years back. Doesn't end.

Instead of just citing other sources, why don't you think critically about it, and offer a solution, instead of just trying to be on a "side". I'm up for solutions, not fear mongering with no solutions.

@obi Why would I waste my time offering solutions when you refuse to acknowledge the problem? The purpose of my tweet was to inform those who may not be aware of the latest information. If you had bothered to check you would have found that solutions were included. More solutions are freely available at drawdown.org/solutions and many other sources readily available via a simple Google search.

@Clif and what solutions do you think are feasible or interesting? Or do you not have your own opinion, and default it to others?
