Racism is discrimination due to race, and thus is a useful description of real phenomena.

"These people hate White men and want us all dead" is strong hyperbole. There are extremists on both sides who wish death upon each other, but there is also a large swath in between who just mildly or moderately dislike each other.

Have you ever seen the media mobilize an outrage campaign to defend White victims of "racism"? How many nonwhites get fired, let alone rendered unemployable, due to spewing hate at White people? (the New York Times actually hired an Asian woman on the basis of her anti-White Twitter screeds) "Racism" as a concept, as a term is just a weapon used against White people, and the anti-White double standards are inherent to it. Anti-racism is never going to benefit White people on the whole in a meaningful way, it's always going to be used to demand that we abandon our self-interests, censor ourselves and open our borders to 3rd world Invaders.

The academic definition of racism tries to inject some sort of power dynamic which is bullshit. I refute that shit with any liberal who tries to use that bullshit argument.

Blacks can be racist against whites and vice versa. Anyone who can't see that is deluded.

@Demosthenes @judgedread There is no redeeming "racism" as a concept and term, it's always going to remain anti-White. We have an aggressively anti-racist society where race-based discrimination against White people (especially White men) in both the education system and the labor market is not just widespread, but actively praised and pushed (every single "Diversity" initiative in practice means race-based anti-White discrimination).

@ChristiJunior @Demosthenes @judgedread The harassment laws indicate that racism against Whites is possible but, in practicality, it doesn't exist. It doesn't exist because no judge or jury will ever award damages to a White person for racial discrimination.

Whites should learn from that. A law rendered ineffective due to people making a stand. The Black community did it for OJ but we've no learned the lesson yet because "we don't want to sink to their level". It seems in our reluctance to change positions, they are biting us off at the ankles quite effectively.

If you attempt to use it any other way you can be expelled from university and fired from most corporate jobs.
