Ok I've been dosing for 3 days. Vitamin B12 gives me a kind of a high. Is this unusual? Something I should be worried about?
I might have B12 deficiency, as after I've been dosing a high level I'm seeing better reactions from my fingers, less tingling in my fingers, and my visual snow seems to be reduced.

But I don't think it's supposed to give you a high???

Vitamin deficiency can affect dopamine synthesis. If you have been deficient for a while and that's corrected, your normal dopamine levels may increase.

Btw your body does adapt in a few days. Same thing happened to me when I started taking tyrosine.

Also sorry I keep going on, but be sure to take folic acid too. B12 supplementation can actually mask folic deficiency and vice versa.
That's it, I'm out!
