I'd say that this threshold is too low, or maybe that it should be fleshed out a little bit. I can accept that a neighbor exists without consenting to them putting limbs in my lawn(damn you Bill).
I think it's almost good though. I'd say:
- all participants need to recognize and accept the potential and likely outcomes of an action about to be taken
