That's just the domain that's been taken down. The phrasing that the server hosting the content is still up. It will be trivial for them to make it available again.
@Demosthenes this isn't their first domain and definitely won't be their last. We've been playing whack-a-mole with these guys for over 3 years. Pretty much there the Hezbollah version of Amaq(Daesh).
