Oh my. Apparently KDE has "purpose" which is very similiar to android "intention". That's good to know.
The problem is as usual, it's barely documented and I can't find a concrete example of code that shows how to use it.
@Demosthenes kde has many nifty things but the state of their documentation is just sad.
