I go back and forth on the level of restraint a person should have. On one hand I think: “nonviolence, all the way.” Always be the bigger person in all circumstances, always empathize with your enemies and delfect their negative energy with positive vibes.

On the other hand, there’s only so much a person can take. Any time I’ve snapped, I’ve felt better after. It feels good to actually stand up for yourself, and to say what you really think.

So, I don’t really know the answer.

@alex if violence wasn't necessary at times, then no countries would have armies. At some point, power needs to be enforced with violence.
