Hey, I’ve been around for a while but never done a proper intro:
I’m an able-bodied, white-passing cis man (acknowledging my privileges), with a little family, living on Turrbal and Jagera land in so-called Australia, but with roots in France and Peru. Leftist and environmentalist.
I am into: electronic music, Open Science, plants, the Commons (active in digital in particular but hoping to do more in physical), decentralisation, redistribution.
Witnessing kindness usually makes me cry.

I’m a uni library worker, training people in data analysis and viz, with a past in agricultural research. Dabbling in programming.
I like but am hopeless at: gardening, reading, making music, mapping, drawing.
I get easily distracted and I am easily fascinated by things.
I want to be better at being kind and positive, and learning more about my own privileges to better help break down current oppressive structures.
I want fedi (and outside) to be safe, kind and inclusive.
