You do know that a "host" is a server ("cloud service") that is managed by other people.

So, yes, I would be the admin of the mastodon instance hosted on the masto.host "cloud" service.

However, the masto.host has the final say if they decide to prevent me from using their service.

It's evidently not addressing the core problem.
