Hmmm something odd is going on with my following thingy (science lingo;-))
In either direction it just blinks and goes back to whatever it was. Maybe there is a maximum times you can do it? I got confused (sleepy/meds) with the icon and unfollowed a few people I wanted to follow but actually already did, and now it won’t change it back (even after 24 hours) ...🧐
Still can’t re-follow the people I accidentally unfollowed 😓

@ErikaDesign Another possibility is the server hit the ssl bug going around. It effected a lot of mastodon instances since they all run letsencrypt
@ErikaDesign Who are the people, I can look into this see whats up. They may have blocked you or the server.
