A statue in Istanbul to honor Tombili, a
famous stray cat. He used to sit in this
position and watch passers-by. #Caturday #MadeMeSmile

You still here?
Inflation caused by shrinking work force due to early retirement. Not the half a million EU workers who left due to Brexit. Nothing to do with Brexit. Brexit was a great success.
*Chuckles* That was adorable.
Teacher with a little girl, who's obviously a bday girl if her festive hat was anything to go by, is going around the classrooms and offices to hand out treats.
She handed me the whole box, and I signed: "Can I have all of that?" She nodded yes. I was wide-eyed, "Allllll of that?!" The teacher signed to her, "Nono, they can't have all of that, it's just one they get out of the box!" Oh yeah!
So the girl signed "One thing" "Oh, phew, okay, thank you, I was already afraid I would have to become fat!" And then I grabbed just one treat out of the box and gave the box back to her, hehe.
The teacher thanked me and I'm just amused by this interaction. 😋

It's #AutismAcceptanceWeek. We don't *have* #autism; we *are* autistic. If you're not autistic, you're allistic. The reason you might not be aware you're allistic is because the world is already set up to accommodate you.
The world can only benefit from autism acceptance. We're more likely to be: Creative, methodical, accurate, resilient, honest, committed, detail-focused, analytical. We also have superior recall/memory, in-depth knowledge & are less prone to propaganda/BS.

William Signius Knudsen (March 25, 1879 – April 27, 1948) was a leading automotive industry executive and an American general during World War II. His experience and success as a key senior manager in the operations sides of Ford Motor Company and later General Motors led the Franklin Roosevelt Administration to directly commission him as a lieutenant general in the United States Army to help lead the United States' war materiel production efforts for World War II.
