#Inkscape looks like this for me now. No other applications is like that. Anything I can do?

Info:
- Not a snap, installed via the PPA
- Installed as a snap first, but uninstalled and installed normally afterwards
- I've also tried purging and rebooting before reinstalling.
- Ubuntu 18.10
- Inkscape 0.92.4
