@onlmaps This is bot account, so screaming into this hole is probably useless. Anyhow, that blue territory with a question mark asking where does "polievka/polevka/poliwka" come from etymologically: it comes from "polievat/liat" == "to pour" (onto) something. I.e., "polievka" = "something to pour/something to pour onto/over something else" Probably a translated common root with the Hungarian "liquid".
