I think there is a very strong argument to make for NPI, especially #WearAMask, when comparing #Germany and its neighbours. @jwildeboer those numbers are hardly comparable. Denmark has by far the highest number of tests per capita - > more official cases at the same level of epidemy. In contrast, Poland has the lowest number of tests per capita from the shown countries.
