@piggo Go ahead. It's an interesting etude. And it's actually a must in geographies without them. And you never know when that skill becomes handy 😄 .
Though the get the final thickness right takes some training... And to get them close to the "supermarket quality" is for me still close to impossible (almost 20 years of trying there!).
On the other hand, my kids would kill for them on Sunday morning, so some Saturday nights are baking time with Christmas in the morning 🙂 .
