You know the liberals are impeding India's progress, when they force the government to spend time and money to defend an honest defence deal.
Left Political parties notably the Indian National Congress @Incindia were riddled with corruption and criminally tried.
From Bofors Guns to Coal mines to Wireless Spectrum.
The only thing they liberally did was fill their pockets with taxpayer money.
We welcome the supreme court judgement absolving the Modi Govt of all false charges in the Rafale Deal.
But why did the Supreme Court not punish Rahul Gandhi? Especially when it itself declared that RG's petition was frivolous and intended to malign, while serving no real purpose.
SC should have set an example out of him, why was he spared? Because he is from the Gandhi Familly?

The only experience (that I can think of) us Indians have with Lockheed Martin Jets is the time when we shot down an F-16 with a mig-21-bison..
That's like a paper plane taking a drone out.
The americans denied it though

I'm just boasting here.

I don't think there is a conflict of interest here that way.
But,
LH is trying to Solicit a deal with India to indigenously build the F-21.
It is still at the proposal stage, but the Indian population is not keen on it.
The F-series lost all credibility in India the day, Pakistan used these 'peace keeping jets' to retaliate against India bombing terror camps.

So i don't really understand this, its kinda confusing.
US objects to the turkey purchase of S4000 as Turkey has F-35, and it can calibrate the S4000 against the F-35.
But in India, they are selling us F-21 while they clearly know we are gonna have the S4000 as well.
Maybe they are just not worried about the F-21 or the Indian version has an electronic signature different from other versions.
Or maybe they just don't care about the F-21, it's probably not even actively used by them.

@Full_marx @Incindia
The F35 is a hugely costly and their most up to date fighter. To lose its stealth capabilities is a major coup against the programme. Various countries had been involved in supporting and ordering the planes, the cost is so high that the US administration did not want to fund it alone.
The F21 must be an older gen aircraft, that they don't mind as much losing some stealth on. Foreign sales help keep factories churning and well paid employment at home.
Yeah it seems so.

You have gotten yourself in trouble by exposing me to the workings of a drum computer.
If I don't figure out how this registry mechanism works on my own, I gonna bombard you with a lot of questions.
Mel was doing what musicians do on Logic and Ableton. The offsetting instructions by one point and forcing the drum to make an entire loop so that the previous instruction has time to process is near genius.
It's a samurai who knows his sword better than the creator.

I was thinking about you earlier today - saw a news bot item about Russia soon delivering one of their S400 ground to air missile systems to India.
And imagined how it will be seen in the White House, which is fuming about Turkey buying the same equipment and wanting to use it along with American F-35, the most advanced fighter they have.
(and they are very worried the Russians will use the experience to learn how to counteract and detect the F35)
