We as a generation have too many problems in meeting people and finding the time and place to actually meet them, one could get hobbies, and that's really awesome but conflicts suck in those environments and might make impossible for the people involved in it to keep it as is, or you might not really know how to engage or you are depressed or whatever, we must have a system that gives an incentive to people socially interact with one another
A cheap version of it could be done as messenger groups

There is some programs similar to the first one already, and it helps a lot
People that have committed crimes can have this option to help them, there are testimonies of people who, when got enjailed for abuse was already planning how to kill the girl but he handled it in the therapy

For me at least my main interaction was at school, now that I am in University for four years, I can go weeks without talking to anyone in there, days without talking at all, and I am quite privileged, the whole system gives an incentive to avoid interaction
