I truly believe that the government should arrange group meetings with at least one psychologist as a "leader"
We as a generation have too many problems in meeting people and finding the time and place to actually meet them, one could get hobbies, and that's really awesome but conflicts suck in those environments and might make impossible for the people involved in it to keep it as is, or you might not really know how to engage or you are depressed or whatever, we must have a system that gives an incentive to people socially interact with one another
A cheap version of it could be done as messenger groups

There is some programs similar to the first one already, and it helps a lot
People that have committed crimes can have this option to help them, there are testimonies of people who, when got enjailed for abuse was already planning how to kill the girl but he handled it in the therapy

But those are in a very specific group usually, they have a goal...
For me at least my main interaction was at school, now that I am in University for four years, I can go weeks without talking to anyone in there, days without talking at all, and I am quite privileged, the whole system gives an incentive to avoid interaction
TL:DR group therapy for all or as much as possible people, with conflict resolution help and advice, with support of or mainly through messenger for the cheap way

But communication to the parents, teachers and police makers must be done responsibly
It must not carry a sense of wonder and amazement, else these people might make their life's even harder

I loved the first Arc but I was always pissed that there was never a clash of philosophies between senku and tsukasa
Tsukasa was not wrong when he said that old people take everything out of the young, they own everything
While senku always said that the humanity, all of it, should be awaken
What is your thoughts on each philosophy?

@freemo @peterdrake super intelligent kids are not quite gifted, they can be socially excluded, have problems being accepted in their families, school
If you are diagnosed with it, you can suffer even more pressure from everywhere to achieve incredible things
We always think that it would be a blessing to have high intelligent or burdensome to have low intelligent but they are very similar out of the norm people and they can suffer a lot because of it
TL:DR: it's not being gifted, it's being hyper intelligent, and it's very similar with being low intelligent in many ways, and the support is hard to accomplish
