I am in Southern England. Its the 20th of November and I didn't even need a light jumper on outdoors. You can't tell me thats normal

@rob_cornelius New knowledge of a different version of the English language: Had to look up what you must mean by "jumper" which I only know as a largish sleeveless women's dress worn over a blouse.
