One wonders why the parents even sent their child to college if the reaction to the kid learning something was to freak out and get the professor fired.
@alexwild Take a look at the website. Palm Beach Atlantic University seems to me to be designed to be an island of Christian white privilege. Like the street banner says: "rejoice in the Lord"! Don't bring up any unpleasantries. Diversity exists within a context: " Christ‐exalting diversity celebrates the fact that we are all fearfully and wonderfully made in His image"
Get with the system and party on! Parents don't send their children there to question everything, or to think that deeply about how West Palm Beach got to be the way it is (or how long before sea level rise swallows it up).
