" Billionaire Elon Musk will head a government efficiency commission with a vast remit if Donald Trump is elected U.S. president, potentially putting him in position to change the rules for corporate America, including the wide swath of industries in which his companies compete." https://www.reuters.com/world/us/trump-plan-musk-led-efficiency-commission-could-give-ceo-influence-over-rules-2024-09-06/
@Gaythia @VedaDalsette Musk’s track record should disqualify him from being anywhere near a government efficiency role. He hasn’t achieved any success on his own. Each of the remarkable companies were started and maintained on government subsidies. These companies are run by good managers that deliver in spite of Musk’s pronouncements. He makes wild and failed predictions. He doesn’t follow accepted business practices or principles. (1/2)
@Gaythia IOW, SuperCorruption. Regular old corruption isn't good enough for them.
