A leftist bookstore in Asheville N.C. @firestorm became a center for organizing for their community because someone anonymously declared a community meeting at their location & the staff just took that as a calling to become the center for helping their community. What a wonderful story in the thread. (Might need a bsky login but I had no trouble.)
