Voter education on democracy reform, including ranked-choice voting. Campaigning to end gerrymandering. Campaigning for an end to the electoral college. Raising awareness of the need for court expansion at the state, circuit, and supreme levels. And many others. There's no easy button here.

A handful of billionaires now have unprecedented control over banking, the food we eat, the health care we can access and, now, the information we receive.

This is what oligarchy looks like.

Can we get a correction here, folks? The "covid tests" Trump took from scarce US supplies to send to Putin were not the two-to-a-box OTC kits you can get at CVS today. What Trump sent were the scarce Abbott Labs Covid Testing Machines (plural), not cardboard boxed kits; These 2020 Abbott machines were Emergency Authorization early approved state-of-the-art 6.6 pound molecular point-of-care testing machines the size of a toaster. Hospitals and clinics desperately needed these rapid (5 minute) test machines to determine who was or wasn't infected to stop the spread. Americans likely died because they were denied access to US machines that Trump was stealing from US supplies to send to his KGB handler.

Added edit: Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov confirms Trump sent Putin covid tests even as Trump accounts responding to this post deny it.

Today the world is being asked to mourn the deaths of 1,139 people a year ago, in solidarity with Israel, while at the same time being asked to overlook the 42,612 Palestinian deaths resulting from Israel's "self-defence".

How is that not double standard?

For each of those 1,139 lives, 37 Palestinians (mostly children) have been killed so far.

How is that protecting civilians? How is that a proportional response in self-defence? How is that not the expression of a supremacist ideology?

Media should be covering media as a political actor--and a big story--but they rarely do....
