Having spent many an evening wandering around downtown in the era of 2006 through 2009, it is amazing to see what it is like now. It was such a ghost town then.
@IAmErik That is what I also heard - mostly from my wife who moved from Detroit to Chicago in 2009!
They are building, building, building here.
It is electric almost every day!
