I need nerd help -- I thrifted this odd little ceramic box + lid in the Netherlands. No identifying marks, seems delftware-adjacent, and feels handmade. Which IBM building is this??? And what is this???

@ihazrabies It looks very Art Deco so from the 30s or maybe early 40s? I did some searching and can't find anything like it. It's only 3 storeys so maybe a store not an office building.
