Gah, it’s just. So. Good. Stunningly so. This is the Star Wars I never knew I always wanted.
@prophetkristy I'll try it, eventually, but honestly Jar-Jar was pretty much the last nail in the coffin for me. I really haven't enjoyed anything in the SW universe since.
@JonKramer yeah, the prequels were rubbish. But The Force Awakens and The Last Jedi are good (The Rise of Skywalker is a hot mess) and Rogue One is amazeballs.
@prophetkristy Rogue was OK. I watched last week, thinking it was the 1st time... turns out I had seen it but it just wasn't memorable.
Jar-Jar just ended the fun for me.
@prophetkristy , I'll que it up. I was just expressing my apprehension, which I think you have addressed pretty well. I think the Disney takeover of the franchise was a good thing for the franchise.

@JonKramer the thing about Andor is that it’s just good, period, even outside of being Star Wars. Superb writing and acting and cinematography and music and and and. They’re not afraid to Go There with their anti-fascist message, either.
