Having worked for rich people, I can tell you that they literally do not conceive of us as human, so if you think we do a bad job of taking care of our citizens now, it would only get worse. We’d see hospitals shut down for failing to turn a profit. Oh wait, that’s already happening. Also, more reliance on the carceral state.
