@swordsjew I'm one of those people, that need it, and couldn't get it. Lucky for me, my doctors always found some for me, and I think I only missed a single dose. Just a silly situation all around.
@swordsjew also, the amount you need to control appetite is 2-5 times what a type II diabetic needs. So one vanity dose was cutting off 2-5 people who wanted to live.
