Judge Aileen Cannon ordered the lawyers in the Trump case to obtain security clearance

Could be a big stall. Hmm.

I wonder if there's someone out there who is:
a graduate of Columbia Law School
attended Georgetown
a Rhodes Scholar
a lawyer
able to view documents that require the highest security clearance (forever)
knowledgable of the levels of classification
knowledgeable of
+ the Constitution
+ classified materials
+ Presidential Records Act

🤔 But who?

@flexghost , I highly doubt most lawyers who would work for trump can get a security clearance.

@JonKramer @flexghost
I think that's the point. Potentially permanent delay tactic.

@TonyaCanning @flexghost , at some point, Cannon will be tossed off the case if there are delays.

@TonyaCanning @flexghost , I just read an article that described her as "still coloring inside of the lines", and that the DOJ has a process to expedite security clearances in cases like this, the only holdup is that the trump main lawyer is a registered foreign agent for Venezuela.

I wonder if the MAGAs know that....

@TonyaCanning @JonKramer @flexghost It's a requirement - the documents are still classified, and the release of that information could still damage national security. The same thing happened with the "special master" in New York IIRC.
