@mylastsenbei It really does LOOK good. The local coffee shop (https://www.oldlouisvillecoffeecoop.com) has the BEST espresso milkshake. Still a bit on the sweet side, but just yum as a rare treat.

@RadicalGraffiti , the population in the USA has doubled since my birth. As long as we keep breeding faster than we can build infrastructure, this will be reality.
That's a new one, I was just called and offered "utility insurance" to protect me against inflation.

@WecanbeGyros , I am trying to see how such a group could be set up. The ethical laws they would have to follow. Some are obvious, no lying. Others are not... The government should pay for them, their children, and grandchildren to live, so they would not be as subjectable to bribery. It is a tough idea to implement.
@WecanbeGyros , I can think of few that deserve removal more than J Edgar. Currently MTG, and a few of the rabid right need to go. I'm fairly sure this should extend to the states too, so they can remove a few governors. There have been plenty on the 'left' that need removal as well.
I'm becoming convinced we need a new branch of government to enforce ethics laws. A 'Supreme Congress' of some sort, that can only do one thing, remove any person currently elected or appointed to office. The ethical laws these people would need to have would have to be incredibly stringent, logical, and universally understandable.

Imagine a world where the police address 'criminals' with community outreach, rather than violence.
Looks like they are going to address this with (checks notes) "community outreach." So, nothing changes.
