My dad kind of mocked me for being able to solve rubik's cube. Didn't touch the cube whole day. These things pull me off. Last time, he asked me about the 'benefits' of solving sudoko, i haven't picked up the newspaper to solve it to this day.
Idk, if it's him or my low confidence.
I feel so bad about myself.

Very common in India. I'm not going to normalize this by saying that its okay. But you need to speak up.

@Karthikdeva most of my classmates didn't have anything called hobbies. Because of the pressure. That's one of the reasons why parents don't expect kid to do anything except studying.

@_lunawinters Typical Indian mentality. Our education system is so lame, we were taught how to mug up a subject without any basic understanding. At least, that's how it was when i was in school couple of years back.
