I'm really gonna try to stop saying "A.I." because it's not intelligent. We let marketers call refrigerators "smart" and that was a mistake. There's no sentience, no self, no intelligence at work in any of this.

@gregpak It's also no more "artificial" than it is intelligent. You should see the call centers full of humans helping it try not to screw up.
