I've seen two of these follows in two days, both blocked now. What's going on over at mastodon.top? Do I need to block that server?
I've also heard of more accounts like these with that server. Defederation?

The Fediverse shouldn't exclude servers for having moderators that aren't omniscient.
Blocking servers and defederation should be saved for when it's proved that the moderators of a server *choose to allow* bad content, not when they just don't act quick enough to prevent users from seeing it.
@LouisIngenthron I've reported the accounts. I'm taking a wait and see approach.
