Wait. Does the #supremecourt ruling on #Immunity come into effect immediately?
If so, shouldn't the #Republicans and #Trump be worried that Biden now has carte blanche to, say, throw the SOBs in jail??

His team can't operate without his say-so, and he just said on national TV that he won't give it. His team is moot.
@LouisIngenthron And, since #Biden now has full #immunity, if his team were to convince him to take strong (maybe even illegal) action now, HE alone could effect that action, without penalty! This #SupremeCourt ruling may backfire.
#Biden now has the power to change the Court, too, without regard to what is legal.
