@w7voa I think that we may have been conditioned too much by no-filter-Trump to forget that any person as thinking as Biden clearly is must act this way.
Any public weakness and it is game over, but just as surely the smart political operator would be saying "tell it to me straight, what is the situation and what are our options?".
The other candidate is the one known to surround themselves with "Yes men"...
