Maybe average citizens, jews and gentiles, should line the streets during a nazi parade to show solidarity against the hate and intolerance. Not saying or chanting anything. Let oppositional posters and banners make the anti-nazi message clear.
Turn their rally into an educational opportunity for the community.
Being intimidated and doing nothing is also an option.
