@freemo Yeah, but Mastodon isn't something that really fits what I am looking for (I might make a Mastodon pod later). Diaspora* is, but the development is important.
I really like how Mastodon supports so many protocols.
@freemo I am actually going to make my own pod in the Fediverse. I was going to use Diaspora*, but what do you think??
@freemo Maybe, but it seems somewhat active. I am following the GitHub repo and will see how active it really is.
@freemo They should really fix that.
@freemo Yeah. I like that about this instance.
Also, try @MasterOfTheTiger@diasp.org. I can't figure out how to do it.
@freemo I look at it this way: Diaspora* is a site for posting larger posts like Facebook, and Mastodon is microblogging like Twitter.
Also, how can I follow a Diaspora* user from here?
@freemo Hm. But I can't find Mastodon accounts on Diaspora*.
@freemo Wow, this is great. Yeah, I am more active on Diaspora* then here. I like the community better there.
There is a specific D* pod for #gplusrefugees.
@freemo Of course. I have already seen one.
I believe the Google+ being shut down because of the bug is ridiculous. There has to be something else going on.
If Microsoft loves open source so much, why is Windows still proprietary? https://open.microsoft.com/2018/09/30/join-hacktoberfest-2018-celebration-microsoft
I remember when I first heard of Linux. Afterward I went to Linux.com and looked excessively for a download page, but to no avail.
I just submitted a pull request to the Community Programming Book. https://github.com/devRant-Community/Community-Programming-Book/pull/47
