A tot of rum to celebrate the Marine Corps birthday, no call from the local watering hole where I pledged $100 toward the Marine Corps tab (if it develops). As a Corpsman, I have appreciated the Corps, its history, and its values....
Delayed on reporting for jury duty...
Happy Birthday, Marines.
Stopped by my local place to pick up lunch, where I am a regular...Spoke to the barmaid and asked that if any Marines come by tomorrow, that I was good for $100 on their tab...Happy Birthday, indeed.
