Perfection is not a reasonable target. Less wrong is.

I regularly get leaders who want me to guarantee them 100% success rate on something.

It's not realistic. No one has 100% success rate at anything over any reasonable time horizon.

What is realistic is getting better at something.

So you can seek that out. You can decrease the surface area of being wrong.
