@bich When the students would come through my shop at the health department, I pushed them into interactions/meetings where they were representing the health department/District Director. Later, we would critique the meeting, including how the student(s) felt. This input helped them to determine their own path. "Do you want to run a program, or an agency?" was always part of that discussion...
