I wish I was making this up. I was in a meeting today with my manager and he said he wanted to mention something that's been good for him to remember lately.
"Stay in your lane."

@jacobyaudio Back when the fear of smallpox and anthrax was driving the budget. The nurse manager suggested that I stay in my lane...on my third day...I told her that I did not have any lanes. She appreciated that later when I would ask if she needed anything when those fat annual budgets were available....
