Measles is a dangerous disease. Deaths are rar-ish, but they do happen. The measles vaccine is highly effective and safe.

@GottaLaff Importantly, FEMA utilizes a lot of retired folks for responses, who are called on an ad hoc basis. Elimination of those people (positions) will adversely effect work at the point of the casualty.
