Something that bothers me; De Santis and Bannon were both Naval officers. After 22 years in the service, I am aghast that they failed to learn the values, and importance of inclusion for all Americans...Fuckers.

So, after 40 days, we have the staff back in the building. A vehicle penetrated 30 feet into the front of the health department injuring one employee. She is doing well on her path to recovery. Continuity of operations planning allowed us to provide most services within 48 hours....

Rereading Elizabeth Moon over the last week. Love her stuff...It is nice not to spend a lot of time on professional reading, although I do..even in quasi retirement...
Back when I was a lad at Acton School, about 240 students in the high desert.\, the book mobile would come by every couple weeks. There was a red line that signified parental permission to read the volumes above the line... I spoke to my mom and got a note that said I could read anything I wanted....
