I have started the mustard seeds soaking in Chardonnay, Chardonnay vinegar, with a bit of salt. I'll grind it tomorrow. Today, I will make due with Coleman's on my mortadella on toasted sourdough with sprouts.
Today, I reflect on Memorial Day. In my 22 years in the service, I have known people who have sacrificed all, personally and in my capacity as a care giver. I show the flag, knowing some people have perverted its symbolism; the US flag, the Gadsden flag...or other symbols of a nation established to promote the general welfare.
"...promote the general welfare..." does not remove healthcare from millions of people. Too many of nursing home patients have spent down their savings and are on medicare.

The Aedes Albopictus (Asian Tigers) are out in force....These are the most common nuisance mosquito in Virginia. I will discover their breeding sites and dunk them. Hopefully, no dengue....
