Whilst sorting some papers I came across a dissertation from one of my 2008 project students. Really nice piece on medieval #skulls. Not surprisingly the author is now an academic at a leading University. Getting a little #nostalgic, must be my age and those saccharine Christmas adverts.
Hi everyone! For my first post/toot(?) I’m very excited to announce I’ve been appointed to senior lecturer! I feel incredibly supported and appreciated by my colleagues and wider department! Special thanks to @NathanJeffery and the EMB and HARC teams. 💀 #Anatomy #biomechanics
Beautiful blog post reviewing the cognitive capacity of multiple animal species. Their work focuses on #animalwelfare and #cognition. #cognitivescience #behavior #physiology

#introduction
Hi Everyone. I work at the University of Liverpool, teaching #anatomy (mostly #neuroanatomy) and researching all things head related (#brain, #skull, #innerear…..). Especially interested in learning more about the competing spatial demands that shape our head during #development and #evolution. Bit of an imaging geek who loves working with #MRI and #microCT.
Professor of Comparative & Evolutionary Anatomy, University of Liverpool.
