@Neekerbreeker Yes, you are correct. Usual Le Guin is one of my favourite fantasy writers.

I can recommend Orkney, been there many times, the historic sites, and the coasts are amazing. The summer there can be surprisingly warm and I've enjoyed exploring it by bike. The first time I visited I read the Orkneyinga Saga as I toured the islands and that really gave a rich feeling to the experience.
