As a journalist, every article I write includes at least one source or study link of a woman and/or person of color. Readers probably don't notice but I think it makes a dent in reducing unconscious bias and giving visibility to those who get less, especially in the medical and scientific communities. I am not unique here but challenge more journalists to make this effort.
