Great Blue Heron

Tuesday when me and the dogs exited the backyard for our walk, this heron flew over. I hastily snapped this shot, kind of like of like skeet shooting I suppose. It's not really a good photo but it's a trophy none the less. I'm a live and let live type of guy the only trophy hunting I approve of is with a camera.

Good morning

Charlie has another appointment with the vet this morning. Yesterday, he got an injection. The vet said that it would be painful later. and I could tell that he was having trouble getting comfortable yesterday evening. But when I said let's go outside, he seemed to forget about the discomfort. He gets one more of those this morning and we're done.

I took the photo of the Gulf of Mexico and Holly Beach, Louisiana.

I also want to state: this decision from the joinmastodon.org website makes ZERO instances show up when a user selects the ‘LGBTQ+’ category. ZERO.

We all know these instances require manual sign-ups to prevent trolls and hate accounts from being created.

This decision is terrible.

I hate it when you're doing an external faculty review, and they ask you to list a bunch of the candidate's peers and *rank them* in relation to one another.
