Apple has now *emailed* a federal court demanding an urgent conference to have me sanctioned for posting on social media & my website about Apple's NLRA violations, directly citing my NLRB charges, & claiming again that my menstruation is somehow Apple's intellectual property.

In #Indiana, I generally think of the anti-trans wave as starting in 2020, the most recent year we were able to stop all anti-LGBTQ legislation.

I just watched a (formerly?) powerful state senator fail to get a MAGA wet-dream of a bill out of committee, and then repeatedly fail to get amendments with similar language attached to three other Republican bills.

It's hard not to feel like the moral panic train is starting to run out of gas.

Apple was just granted an informal, non-public phone conference where a Judge who has found against every single thing I've asked for will consider issuing sanctions, restraining orders, and findings of contempt against me. She scheduled it for tomorrow with less than 24 hours notice, no actual evidence presented, and without allowing me to even file a response.

4. Lower prices reduces profit
5. Lower profit angers Trump oil donors
6. Trump reacts and threatens war with Oil producing nation, threatening global disruption/reduction of oil supply
7. Price per bbl rises in anticipation of a war
8. Trump oil donors make money from fear, and reward Trump with more money as
9. Prices rise at the pump, spurring increased inflation,
10. Angering US voters at the Trump economy in time for the midterms
11. Trump throws MAGA pols under the bus, because if they are not directly generating profit to him, they are worthless
