I think @axxss means back wings.You'd need new muscles for the new limbs. It's hard to imagine using those muscles because you don't have them. It's kinda like a congenitally blind person trying to imagine what it's like to see.

But I think the real question is how the bones would connect if the wings are on your back. Do they come directly off the spine? Or the ribcage? Maybe shoulder blades?
